Fernando Brunelli

Fernando Brunelli is a partner at Bomchil and member of the Energy and Natural Resources area.

His practice focuses on oil and gas-related transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, purchase and sale of assets, assignment and farm-in agreements, joint ventures, marketing

agreements, oilfield services agreements and participation in bidding rounds, assisting both

international and local E&P and services companies.

He has authored contributions related to the Oil & Gas sector in publications such as Latin Lawyer, Chambers, The Oil & Gas Law Review and the International Energy Law Review, and has been a speaker in panels organized by entities such as AIPN, IEL / ANADE and Latin Lawyer.

Before joining Bomchil in 2020, Fernando was a partner at Alliani & Bruzón since 2005 and earlier in his career a foreign visiting attorney at Gardere & Wynne LLP (Houston).
