Cristian Galansky

Cristian A. Galansky is a partner at Bomchil, a member of the Energy & Natural Resources practice area, and co-head of the Environmental Law area.

His regulatory and commercial practice encompasses various areas and segments of the oil and gas industry, including valuable experience in advising mining investors and in the field of conventional and renewable power generation.

His environmental consulting includes extensive experience in advising companies specialized in the transportation, treatment, and final disposal of pathological and industrial waste. He focuses on the need for our clients to address environmental situations with an interdisciplinary approach tailored to the specific needs of each company and sector.

Cristian has solid experience in complex litigation and administrative proceedings, collective actions, and other environmental processes, as well as handling conflict situations and disputes specifically related to the oil and gas industry. He litigates in different courts, including the Argentine Supreme Court of Justice.

Prior to joining Bomchil, he was a partner at Alliani & Bruzzon since 2005.
