Patricio A. Martin

Patricio Martin is a partner in the Corporate and Capital Markets departments.

His practice focuses on corporate and banking law, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. He has worked in corporate structuring of local and international companies. He has a broad experience in the field of capital markets providing advice in the issuance of bonds and IPOs. Patricio has advised several companies that belong to Grupo Corporación América in financial transactions in Armenia, Brasil, Uruguay and Argentina.

Between 1994 and 1995, he worked as departmental head in the Enforcement Division of the National Securities Commission; and between 1998 and 2000 he was the Head of Legal Affairs of the Banco de Inversión y Comercio Exterior.

He has completed training courses at the US Securities and Exchange Commission.  He is a professor in the Commercial Law Master's Program at Universidad Austral Law Department where he teaches banking and company law and at the Universidad Católica Argentina in the area of Corporate Law.
