Our experience includes tasks related to the design, preparation and negotiation of the structures for the development and implementation of projects, including advice on financial, tax, environmental, zoning and regulatory matters.

We have participated in the structuring of trusts and real estate investment funds, in the development and construction of industrial establishments under the modality "turnkey" (cold rooms, warehouses, factories, waste treatment plants, etc.) and residential complexes and tourism (particularly in the hotel industry), as well as in the acquisition of real estate, both under bidding and direct regimes. 

We have extensive experience in public works, having has participated in the preparation of bidding documents for the construction of airports, power stations, penitentiary complexes, road concessions, hydro-electric dams and railway lines, to name but a few.
